We use Luton vans, keeping our running costs and prices, competitive, plus allowing us access where sometimes a larger vehicle cannot. All our staff are experienced within the moving industry, the business owners having over 60 years combined experience. All staff are uniformed. Whilst we offer a Man & Van home removals service, this doesn't make our experience or dedication to your move or our professionalism any less, it simply allows us to offer a far more competitive cost. Using Luton vans, when your move is a sale/purchase move, we generally cater for up to an average 3 bedroom property size. When homes are rented we have moved larger homes. We offer a full or part packing service, we can supply boxes, acid free paper, bubble wrap, tape and all associated moving requirements.
When cost is a deciding factor, we will happily move just the larger items, leaving you with smaller, lighter items, possibly in a smaller borrowed van, saving you further expense. We can honestly say no job is too small for us and we will never take on any move we consider too large.
We have been asked to undertake a home move on our hourly rate, whilst this is your choice and we won't refuse to do this, we strongly advise against it. The reason for this, is you really should be fully aware of how much your removal is going to cost, with an hourly charge, you won't know until your move is completed. We don't believe this is fair business practice, moving a few items is completely different to moving your full home. We are fully insured but always take the utmost care, moving home is not quick, we blanket everything that needs protection, we tie off likewise. Are you likely to have a key wait? DIY Removals
Our DIY Move option is an even cheaper and certainly far more convenient, to self drive hire, moving solutions. We supply one of our fully equipped vans, with driver, you supply the labour to load and unload. Our driver will advise and ensure everything is secured safely. All our vans carry transit blankets, ties, sack barrow and furniture skid, we even have carry a basic tool kit. With self drive hire, you get just an empty van. You need to collect and return it, drive an unfamiliar vehicle. You need a mountain of paperwork, driving licence and deposit with credit/debit card. You don't have any of that hassle with us. We arrive at the agreed time, we drive away once your move is completed. Moving home is stressful enough, why make it any more stressful?
For moving home we would strongly recommend our fixed time DIY Move option. Locally this gives enough time for at least 2, usually 3 runs. We give you up to 6 hours and should you require longer, we charge in 30 minute increments. We do offer an hourly charge, ideal for smaller moves.
